Mr. Woodall is a trial attorney with experience in insurance subrogation, coverage and defense litigation, construction law, commercial litigation, labor and employment, and real estate. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Woodall also provides special counsel services to small and mid-size businesses in a variety of industries such as construction, roofing, manufacturing, and distribution. He is fully dedicated to understanding his clients’ businesses and helping them achieve their goals and objectives through risk management, contract negotiations, reviewing, negotiating and documenting real estate and business transactions, and resolving labor and employment issues.

Mr. Woodall is also a member of the Construction, Litigation, Labor and Employment, and Insurance sections of the State Bar of Texas; the Houston Bar Association Litigation and Construction Sections; Montgomery County Bar Association; and The Woodlands Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in Texas as well as federal courts in the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. His Bar Admissions include Texas, 1998, and the U.S. District Court Southern District of Texas , 2002, the U.S. District Court Northern District of Texas, 2004, U.S. District Court Western District of Texas, 2007, and the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Texas, 2008.

After graduating from Baylor University in Waco Texas in 1994 with a Bachelor of the Arts in Speech Communication, Mr. Woodall went on to pursue his Jurisprudence Doctor Degree in 1998 at Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, Texas. He was honored as a “Texas Rising Star” in the legal community from 2008 to 2011, and he has received an AV Peer Review rating from Martindale Hubbell.

Charles Batchelor

Mr. Batchelor has spent 20 years working as an attorney with experience in construction law, O&G transactional and litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury, insurance litigation, commercial and residential development, landlord and tenant representation, project management, construction management, and property management. He is also a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and The Woodlands Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas including the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas.

After graduating from Baylor University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Management/International Business/Economics, Mr. Batchelor went on to attend a Law School Summer Program in Comparative Law and Mexican Commerce in 1995 at Universidad de Guanajuato, Mexico. He then went on to pursue his Doctor of Jurisprudence at Texas Tech University School of Law in 1997. During his time at Baylor University, Mr. Batchelor was also a member of the Baylor Lacrosse team from 1993 to 1994, and while at Texas Tech, he became a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity.

Like his partner, Mr. Batchelor has also provided legal services to a variety of different clients including ES4 Corp., Choice Completions, NZone Guidance, LB Pipe; 9 Rounds Kick Boxing, Hand & Stone Massage Spa, Campbell Exploration, Legacy Academy, Patriot Resource Holdings, Car Care Cosmetics, Tymes Square Dental, and Shangri La Pools. He has negotiated multiple agreements with companies such as Chesapeake Energy, Occidental Petroleum, EQT, Rubicon, and XTO.

When he is not serving as legal counsel, Mr. Batchelor enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. His interests include reading, traveling, participating in mission trips, taking part in real estate development, and landscaping and gardening.
